Incentivise Challenge

You must be purposeful in finding people who will debate and provide a differing POV. That will say “no” because it’s the right thing to do, instead of just saying “yes” because of fear or social incentives. Many bad decisions are made everyday in companies across the world because their cultures incentivise passive agreeableness over active challenge.
